嗅觉是人类的重要感觉之一,而情绪与人类生活密切相关。研究发现负责嗅觉信息处理的脑区与负责情绪处理的脑区高度重叠,它们均涉及杏仁核、海马、扣带回、眶额区皮质、脑岛等区域。本文根据嗅觉和情绪相关性的研究进展作一综述,旨在进一步了解嗅觉和情绪的相互作用,重视嗅觉功能检测,提高生活质量,早期筛查及防治精神疾病。
